Refund Policy

Voidoy is a digital product delivered instantly after payment. Because the full journal is available to download the moment your order completes, purchases are generally final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

When we will always help

• • Your download link doesn't work or has expired.
• • The file is corrupted, incomplete, or won't print correctly.
• • You were charged twice for the same order.

In any of those cases, email hello@voidoy.com with your order email and we will fix it or refund you in full.

Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live.
